What’s different about this 8-Week Intensive?

This is an action-focused coaching course with practical exercises to put in place immediately. There won’t be hours of theory, reading or homework to do. We’ll work through powerful exercises during the sessions and help you create habits you can stick to for life.

Timings and Dates

We will connect screen to screen (by clicking a link) for 60 minute group coaching sessions working through 8 different focus topics.  Sessions will be held at either 6am on Thursdays (exclusive group for AAPNZ members) or 6am Friday (public course if you prefer that day) starting on the 19th and 20th of March 2020. If you can’t attend you will be sent the recording to watch at your leisure so you won’t miss out.

What’s the investment?

One on one coaching packages with Lauren range from $999 - $2700, instead this eight-session intensive package delivers so much more value at an affordable rate of $799 per person.

But – as an AAPNZ member you benefit from an exclusive members only rate of only $479 per person (including gst) when you book in by 6th March 2020
