January meeting - Happiness Without Loss

Forrest Gump famously quotes his mother as saying, "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get." True, we don’t know and when life brings us face-to-face with situations or events that we wouldn’t wish for, how do we cope?

* How do we respond and manage ourselves?
* What’s normal?
* How do we support someone else in these circumstances?
* Is there a difference in how we do this in our personal life and
our work life?
* What helps and hinders?

Claire Laurenson from Grief Relief will facilitate a discussion on these questions and more. Bring your experience, questions and concerns and contribute to the conversation.
