Speaker:

Carlton Campbell, Aviation Safety Advisor, Civil Aviation Authority of NZ.

He has been a pilot for 50 years including Flight Instructor, Flight Examiner for 35 years. He managed Wakatipu Aero Club/Air Wakatipu out of Queenstown for 18 years ,which undertook scenic flying, flight training and examining.

He has worked for CAA for last 15 years; the last four as Aviation Safety Advisor. 


Carlton has presented workshops for CAA and other organisations and has a positive focus on finding and acting upon opportunities that arise from change.

1.00       Change Guide – Resist/Embrace – attendees are to bring three strategies for change and they will be discussed and categorized by the group and discussed – the aim is to produce a pamphlet with all our

               ideas on it

2.00       Group reports – Presidents, if in attendance; otherwise their deputy

2.15       Issues for discussion – certificates / survey results from Wellington group / expectations from NET and CRL

2.35 –    if time – Group planning, timing and critical thinking activity

3.00       Finish

BRING: three strategies for change to share and categorize with other attendees for inclusion in a booklet to be sent out after the event.
