Katerina Makarios and Jason Lloyd from H2R Consulting will enlighten us by answering these questions.
Katerina has been with H2R for over 13 years, having spent 11 years specialising in executive contracting and change management roles. As the Wellington Regional Manager, she has oversight across the H2R Wellington Permanent, Contract and Business Support recruitment teams. Prior to joining H2R Consulting, Katerina worked as a PA for global corporate companies.
Jason has over 14 years’ experience with H2R Consulting. His broad experience includes outplacement and change management, career coaching and personal development, workshop facilitation, mentoring and psychometric testing.
