About the Speaker, Helen Monument
International trainer, coach & mentor. Former European Chairman, EUMA (now IMA) and Interim Chair of the World Administrators Alliance.
Helen Monument inspires and encourages assistants to be the best they can be by sharing 30 years of experience as a management support professional.
Helen has worked at international companies including Dow Chemical, Progress Software and Shell. Her career has taken her through many roles, from Secretary to Office Manager and Business Support Team Leader, so she understands the profession inside out. At Monumental Assistance, Helen offers Coaching, Mentoring and Training to assistants at all levels and Helen is a stimulating, knowledgeable and entertaining conference speaker.
As Interim Chair of the World Administrators Alliance, Helen engages with Administrative Associations and Networks across the globe. This voluntary position gives her the opportunity to ‘pay it forward’ to the profession that has opened so many doors to her. The aim of the WA-Alliance is to Guide, Influence, Positively Develop and Elevate the Administrative Profession.
Helen will guide you through her “ how to take control of your life and career in her five-step programme”. She will also share the aims of the World Administrators Alliance and overview the World Administators Summit in May 2021.
