I'm really liking the new feature in the August 2021 update that allows for more interactive comments in Word.

The best part is working with the @mentions feature.  When working on documents with colleagues (you have to have the enterprise) you can tag someone in and even assign tasks specifically to them, this also applies to Excel too.
