As a subscriber to the WA-Alliance monthly Newsletter, you will have seen that we are launching the 2023 Global Skills Matrix Survey. We believe your insights and expertise are essential in shaping the future of our profession. That's why we're excited to invite you to participate.
Many of you contributed to the 2018 WA-Summit Survey, which ultimately gave birth to the Global Skills Matrix. With input from 3000 administrative professionals from 61 countries, we’re proud to say it was the first ever global research done into the administrative profession and we hope to replicate that reach in 2023. The snowball effect was extremely effective in 2018, so we would be delighted if you would also share the survey with your peers, colleagues, and your personal networks, urging them of the importance of letting their voices be heard.
By taking part in this survey, you will play a crucial role in helping us understand how our profession has evolved in the past five years as well as the impact of the Global Skills Matrix.
You can find the link to the survey here. It should take about 11 minutes of your valuable time but will have a significant impact on our ability to address significant changes in our industry.
The survey will remain open until 31st August, and we kindly request that you complete it at your earliest convenience to ensure your voice is heard.
We aim to present the results to the Delegates at the 13th WA-Summit in Wellington, New Zealand in March 2024. Of course, you will get advance information of our findings in our Newsletter.
Participation is completely confidential, and your individual responses will be aggregated with those of other participants to maintain anonymity. This allows us to analyse the data in a way that protects your privacy while providing us with comprehensive insights.
