2021 Administrative Professional Award Finalists
Adele Budd is Team Leader of the Legal Support team, and PA to General Counsel, Head of Legal at the Christchurch City Council. Adele has 20 years’ experience in administrative roles and is a strong believer in mentoring and investing time and training in people to help them achieve their career goals. In her spare time Adele and her husband are renovating their tiny cottage in the foothills of the Southern Alps.
Francine McGee is an Administration Professional, wife, mother and nana. She is currently the Manager, Academic and Administrative Services at the Faculty of Architecture and Design Innovation at Te Herenga Waka-Victoria University of Wellington where she has worked for the last 18 years. Francine has worked in the administration profession for 20+ years and has continued to grow and develop both professionally and personally in her chosen career as an administrative professional. Outside of the office, Francine enjoys spending time with her family and crafting.
Kasey Ainsworth After finishing high school, Kasey got a taste for administration through attending a one-year full time Secretarial Course at Otago Polytechnic. Over the past 25 years she has worked in a variety of administration positions in Queenstown, Dunedin, and Wellington, building on her skills and enabling her to move into her current role of Executive Assistant for the Head of Safety and Assurance at Airways in Christchurch. For Kasey, caring for those around her comes naturally and is a major influence in her being successful in her administration career.
