Vicky Evans describes herself as "a recovering perfectionist with a passion for helping people and teams achieve better outcomes." Vicky knows from personal experience that the stories we tell ourselves aren’t always kind. In fact, Vicky says learning to befriend her inner critic was the hardest but most worthwhile accomplishment of her life to date. Launching her coaching practice in 2016 she has developed strategies and solutions to help others find the motivation, tools and techniques they need to achieve their goals. Achieving success, productivity and fulfilment contributes directly and positively to an individual’s sense of self-worth and to the performance of teams, and that’s life changing.
