Administrative Professionals are a key element in any business. But some administrative professionals really do stand out from the crowd – their professionalism, highly skilled approach and can-do attitude put them ahead of the pack.
Since its inception in 2006, twelve outstanding Administrative Professionals have been named the Administrative Professional of the Year, and well over 30 finalists have been selected.
This Award recognises the professionalism and experience of administrative professionals within the business community in private sector organisations, not for profit/charities and government.

This award is open to personal assistants, receptionists, admin assistants, virtual assistants, executive assistants, all administrative professionals in New Zealand - you do not need to be a member of AAPNZ.
Nominations/applications will be accepted from 22 February 2021 to 4 June 2021.
Your commitment to your profession, skills, and professionalism will be recognised by an expert panel of judges comprising of industry experts and your peers. You will receive a prestigious trophy, various prizes, and certificates of achievement, and the recognition of being recognised as your country’s BEST Administrative Professional!
The winner will be recognised at the AAPNZ Conference Awards Dinner on Saturday 31 July 2021.
The nomination form below is how we get started. After all nominations are collected, we will narrow the field down to three semi-finalists. All three semi-finalists will be announced by the end of June. From there, the semi-finalists will move into round two which will consist of interviews and a presentation (details will be announced to the semi-finalists at that time).
