Caroline is a highly engaged career Executive Assistant working in the Public service who manages so much more than her executive's calendar and inbox. She is the gateway to the decision makers, not the gatekeeper.

"What I have learnt along the way though is that if you stay on top of your personal and professional game, and keep a positive attitude, it all helps in improving the perception of who you are."
